Yea, I didn't know this existed, Rover Dangerfield starring Rodney Dangerfield. Well I really have no clue how this one is going to be so lets find out, you heard about it first on I Watched on Youtube.
Ok so Rodney Dangerfield plays an animated dog that is from Vegas that gets into adventures on a farm. (I know soooo unoriginal)
Man, this movie, I don't know how to comprehend what I just watched. First of all, the people who made this movie must have been the biggest Rodney Dangerfields there is a little drum and cymbal after his jokes early on, and not only that all the characters laugh, a ton, when he makes a joke. Which is really awkward in animation.
So the animation was average, no big deal but more importantly, this movie has songs in it.... sung by the characters...... especially the main character..... yea...... RODNEY DANGERFIELD SINGS! And none of that Rodney Raps stuff he actually sings, it isn't THAT bad, but it sucks, and the songs also suck.
One thing that stuck out to me was the final line of the film, I won't say it hear but it's something truly perplexing.
Why's he wearing a tie? Never explained...
Yea I'm not talking about this one for long. If your a super fan of Dangerfield, check the first half of this movie out. Besides that I would suggest not seeing this one. However it is something interesting to know it's out there. I'll give it a 4/10

IWIOY ep.7 Double Doo Feature
Today on I Watched it on Youtube, it's Scooby Doo time everybody! I'm going to review a newer straight to DVD movie, Scooby Doo Cyber Chase, from 2003, and an older Scooby movie, Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf.
First is Scooby Doo Cyber Chase!
The plot idea is that scooby and friends get sucked into a video game that was designed by a friend of theres to be about them, so to escape they need to get through 10 levels of bad guys. This was used so poorly, instead of bringing back old cool villains or newer versions, or parodying the old show they just have them take on dinosaurs! and roman soldiers! Its lame, nonsensical and bland
Another negative is the voice acting which is pretty sub-par. Also the animation is pretty low rate, it's obvious backgrounds with characters put on top. Including an obvious animation goof up.
There is one moment, literally one moment, that made me laugh. To spare you the pain of watching the movie I'll just tell you. When Fred suggests splitting up into groups, shaggy and scooby just walk off and Fred goes "Hey guys, I didn't say who'd go with whom." Shaggy just replies, "Man, it's not like we've done it any other way." (Obviously it's funnier to see not read)
The plot is not only stupid, the villain is dumb, non threatening and not cool. Most villains in Scooby doo were actually kindof threatening and you can understand why the gang runs away. Remember this guy?
This guy was scary! And the noise he made coming after you could penetrate your nightmares! The virus in this movie doesn't make any cool noises or scary threats, he talks just fine and what he says is bland. Not only that this virus looks more like something that belongs in Danny Phantom not Scooby Doo
Not to much to say here, just a bad movie that was made to make some money. It has it's VERY seldom moments but overall pretty weak. I'd give it a 4/10.
Now onto a movie from 1988, Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf.
This movie has Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy doo (leaving out the rest of the gang) as Shaggy is turned into a real werewolf for a monster race run by Dracula himself.
Now I remember watching this movie as a kid and I loved it but man, I could not find a redeeming quality in this movie. The plot is ridiculous and steers away from what made Scooby doo enjoyable. The animation is what's expected from the series and isn't anything spectacular, and because it's out of it's regular setting you don't get that nostalgia feeling. The writing is bland, I never laughed this whole movie. I guess I could say the voice acting was ok, but nothing special.
But by FAR the worst thing about this movie is that in an hour and twenty minute long movie, 45 minutes of if is the race itself! And it gets soooooo repetitive.
Honestly, if I had to choose I'd suggest watching Cyber Chase over this, at least that one tries to be like the old series with music similarities and chase scenes. This one just.... I don't know how someone could think this up and feel like it fit within the Scooby doo series well. I'll give it a 2/10.
Now I'm off to find a GOOD Scooby doo movie, like Scooby Doo on Ghoul Island or Scooby Doo meets Batman, wait those are bad. Ok well then I'll watch the live action Scooby Doo movies because those are good right!? ........AW FORGET THIS!

IWIOY ep. 6 Digimon the Movie
Ok I'll admit I could not sit through all of the pokemon movie I planned to review, it was that bad. (and I sat through Bionicle!). Instead today on I Watched it on Youtube, I'm going to review the movie version of pokemons little brother digimon. I loved the first and even second series of this show so I'm interested to see how the movie turns out.
Let me explain something to start out the American version of this movie plays out in 3 parts. Mainly because it's actually combining the 3 short movies from the Japanese. If this were theatrical release I would have a problem with it however as a add on to the series I think it fits in nicely. However sometimes scenes can feel rushed or something was missing because they had to cut stuff for time.
My main focus will be the second story because it's the longest, best and that is the one that I can relate to the most. But first here's a summary of the plot of each one.
The first segment is with Tai and Kari as young kids with there first interaction with digimon. It was something they touched on in the series and it played out well here.
The second part's plot takes place after the events of the first season but still takes the main cast from that season, it involves an evil digimon on the internet.
The third part involves the characters from season two tracking down a digi-destined in America.
Now before I get into how awesome this movie was, I must say, if you don't have any previous knowledge of the serious, you might not get alot of it. The movie explains everything but it's pretty tough to digest all of it so quickly.
About the movie itself, Digimon the Movie is hilarious!!! I watched this alone in my house on youtube and it had me laughing out loud on multiple ocasions. The show was always funny when it wanted to be but not that many jokes were ever made, the movie however was really goddamn funny. It's hard to explain how funny a movie is so I'll move on to other aspects of the movie, but truly the humor hear really sells the movie because it's just normal jokes, even if your confused by the plot and all this diggimon stuff you'll still laugh.
A big aspect to why this movie was great to me as a self proclaimed movie critic was the direction. I know as an animated film being a director isn't exactly the same as live action, but in this film the angles were amazing and the action looked fluent and exciting. This subtle brilliance really kept you sunk into what was going on.
The animation has changed a bit from the vs show, the coloring is blander and everything is just mildly different. I'd prefer to see it the old way, but the animation does it's job with no real faults.
Another subtle awesomeness of this movie was the soundtrack. I would honestly want to own the CD of this movie's soundtrack. It took American songs that fit the mood very well (and some of my personal favorites) while keeping in songs specifically about digimon and the songs from the show. All in all, anytime a song played in this movie, I was more pumped for the action.
I don't want to ramble on so I'll wrap this up. This movie was great, the humor was genuinely funny without ruining the seriousness of events and mood. The direction, soundtrack, and script was well done. Overall this was a very high quality product that like the tv show tops pokemon. I'd definetly suggest checking this one out on youtube, even if your not a fan go and just watch the middle segment. Overall I'll give it an 8.5/10

IWIOY ep. 5 Bionicle Mask of Light
This time on I Watched It On Youtube, I review Bionicle: Mask of Light. I was a big fan of the toys when I was a kid, so if the movie is just a guy playing with them with a few G.I. Joe's, some other lego guys, a Buzz light year toy, and a figurine of the pokemon Groudon, this is going to be awesome.
First of all this the first C.G.I. movie I've reviewed here so I'd like to say my opinion on cgi. I don't mind CGI, it can effectively show a different style of visuals that seem realistic while still properly portraying everything it needs to. But cgi sometimes seems to just try to hard to look realistic or it will show a shot that is supposed to be just awesome but I've seen it in a video game cut scene because they often use cgi. I much prefer classic animation, not only because I'm often a traditionalist but because then you are truly taking on a unique style for example the Power puff girls or Samurai Jack.
Now onto my review of this movie. First I'll cover the logistics and then I'll talk about my opinion of it all.
A big part of this movie is getting over the mental block as a viewer is that your watching these mecha/plastic guys talk and such, the whole movie. They have noticable facial expressions but early on it is difficult to take it all seriously. (especially when a guy and girl is flirting.... I don't see human anatomy there)
Below average voice acting, combined with below average dialogue, however neither seem to bad unless your paying close attention.
The plot follows a very Lord of the Ringsy line, with two young friends being called to take the mask of light to a certain place while conquering there fears and the villains coming after them. While this is happening 6 guardians (water, fire, air, ground, ice, and stone) help them on there quest and battle the bad guys.
Ok, let me get this out of the way. This movie sucked. It's that simple. Besides the obvious plot holes, many things aren't explained and assume you have knowledge of the magazing series already. The storyline goes from mildly interesting to illogical twists that ruin all the plot that happened before it. Plot points are introduced and solved within minutes and mean nothing in the end.
But what I think is most dissappointing is the fact that they have these six guardians which were based off of the original toyline. But at no point did these guys EVER kick some ass. I mean they fight, but usually they lose or simply the battles are poorly choreagraphed and directed because they just come off bland. The power puff girls kicked more ass than these guys!
This is the guy I had as a kid and he was a badass! In this movie he is the closest to being a badass but just didn't cut it.
I'll wrap this up quickly. You might want to see this movie if your curious or if you want to experience a new look in animation. But in general, don't watch this movie. To put it plainly, it's stupid. I'll give it a 3/10

IWIOY ep. 4 Powerpuff Girls the Movie
This episode of I Watched It On Youtube, I review the Powerpuff Girls Movie..... O god, this one's going to hurt isn't it.
The first thing I'd like to say is. I was able to sit through this. It was actually funny at times.
The plot is more of an origin story, and a prequel to the tv series.
I have to say the animation has it's own unique style and the visual movement animation is incredible. For what they were working with, it's really top notch stuff when it comes to graffics.
Lots of filler, 10 minute long game of tag, that's suppose to show off there powers but it took FOREVER. It seems every montage, and collaboration of things is longer than it should be like they came up short for time and just extended a few scenes.
This movie almost takes the backstory of the main villain, and makes it an interesting story about an outcast who originally just wanted to help. Instead they just go with the "he's evil because he's evil" way
You'll be happy to know there is some badass powerpuff girl fighting action! And I will admit there was one moment that got me pretty pumped and excited.
I think the problem with this movie is it's basically a pilot episode gone long in the middle of the series. It didn't really tell us anything we didn't know or any interesting character twists. This movie could of played out to much larger of a scale with multiple returning bad guys but the problem is to turns out to be WAYY to predictable. It's really predictable, which is dissappointing because honestly, the Powerpuff Girls was a unique quality t.v. show that was pretty well done. But instead of the movie taking it to another level it kindof took the easy route.
This was a nice movie that is probably alot more enjoyable for big fans of the series and to younger audiences. If you loved the show, I'd suggest watching it but if not pass it up. I'll give this a 7/10
P.S. Sorry if this was a little scatterbrained and quick, I wrote this one quickly because I wanted to move on.
P.S.S. the whole time watching this i couldnt stop thinking about the old music video they played all the time for a cartoon groovy.

IWIOY ep. 3 Buzz Lightyear of Star Command
Today, in I Watched It On Youtube, I watch Buzz Lightyear of Star Command the Adventure Begins, a movie made to set up the tv series with Buzz playing his non-toy version, instead the idea is the tv show is what Buzz the toy was based off of.
I'm undecided on my expectations for this movie, it's made by pixar. But kindof a forced idea, not its usual original genius.
So the humor is not that bad. You will get a few checkles here and there, especially from a character called XR. But the problem is they don't make enough jokes to be considered a comedy.
The basic problem with this movie is that it needs to pick a theme. It takes Buzz Lightyear and the whole universe seriously, except it acts out as time like a parody of space action stories. For example, when Buzz's ex-partner turns bad he says "My name Darkmatter what do you expect?" Which is kindof funny but it throws the seriousness of the movie out the window and hurts the tone of the film. They are able to do this because it's a kids movie, and really kids don't care about tone. But it's laziness for the writers.
Speaking of laziness the animation is pretty poor. Backgrounds and people's outfits lack detail, and expressions are over the top.
This film is esecially dissappointing because it's got the pieces to take itself seriously. The action scenes could be exciting, the fighting is set up well that the bad guys look cool and there could be some cool action. Except it just turns out bland
This is a kids movie, and unlike Recess, it's obvious. And as a kids movie I would rate it highly, it should be entertaining for a young kid and keep their focus. But because of the general laziness it doesn't get to that level of entertainment for adults, even if you watched the show before (which I did, and it was good). I would suggest showing this to your kid or the boy your babysitting if you need to eat up some time. The general problem with this movie is that it is stuck in between a space action film and a comedy, instead of succeeding at one, it does below average at both. So overall I'll give it a 6/10

Kaymazing Reviews GWIOY ep.2 Recess School's Out
Go Watch it on Youtube ep. 2
Recess School's Out has all the qualities of a bad movie, weak animation, most characters are simple stereotypes, and the plot is ridiculous. But damn this stuff is funny.
This movie should be bad. It should be a cheap movie used to get the final remnants of cash off of an ending series. But then they went ahead and messed up all that badness by writing some hilarious jokes. I'm not kidding when I say this was one of the funnier movies I've seen. It's jokes were aimed at kids except stayed clever and threw in some for the adults.
What's amazing about the comedy is not only is it simple childish jokes, but it can be observational humor relating to kids. For example when they break into the empty school in summer Gus whispers "I hope someones feeding the gerbil." Along with that it's fun watching a movie where kids logic and actions are used, when they are spying on the scientists, Gretchen is explaining their equipment when TJ interrupts "SHHH the bad guys are talking!"
OK So basically this movie takes the show Recess, and makes a feature length film. The plot involves an evil principle back for revenge wanted to remove summer vacation. The plot is far-fetched and misplaced if you were a fan of the show. However as an outsider to the Recess the plot is understandable. The characters all carry from the show, nothing special except a guy named Dabney Coleman as Principal Prickly, he is amazing. He's an old school character actor (look him up!) who went from the shows version, just a simple character with no real changes. To an amazing multidimensional near hero, who shines in the film. Besides him there is only one new character the villain Billiam (awesome name because it's a classic kid joke)and he's played by...... Holy Shit is that James Woods!!! Yea, James Woods is the villain here and. he. is. AWESOME! The expressions his animated character make can't
even justify his voice acting.
This soundtrack is amazing, introducing a younger audience to classic hits, that still fit well to the movie "Dancing in the Street" "One is the loneliest number" "Born to be Wild" and alot others.
Admittedly, considering the last movie I reviewed, Iron Giant, had beautiful visuals, this one is the opposite. The animation is pretty bad, but not distracting and if your not one to care, it won't affect you.
This movie is a must see! Especially if you grew up watching the series like me but even if you have never seen the show you should still check it out. You can find the full movie (in 8 parts) on youtube I'd go check it out.
As a true movie, I still rank it highly, it's good to show young kids as entertainment, but as a teen I still love it and would watch it with friends.
I'll give it a 8/10, It reminded me of the Simpson's movie, you might not care about the plot or the message, but you'll laugh your ass off.
